"Michael was a fantastic partner through helping me buy my first home at age 23. He was always responsive, no matter what time of the day. He was able to meet me for showings around my tough work schedule; squeezing in time during lunches and after 6pm. His clean and honest process from our initial meeting through closing was fantastic. He was clearly not pushing me to buy just any house so he could collect a commission and move on to his next client. He, from the beginning, wanted to make sure that I was ready to buy, and was buying a property that fit both my time horizon and goals. 4 months after closing on my house, I am still in contact with Michael, and will continue to use him as my preferred realtor as I pursue further real estate purchases in the near future."

"Michael offered a unique experience being both an architect and realtor. He was able to guide me through the pitfalls of purchasing an older home, showing potential issues only someone with knowledge of the building process would notice. He helped select areas that met my criteria and showed great patience in taking me to a number of houses before finding the right fit. As a final bonus, his negotiating prowess resulted in me getting the home below market value with a new roof and sewer line included. “Michael Thomas helped us find the right house during a time when the housing market was going crazy! The number of homes for sale was at a record low, and any houses that came onto the market went under contract in a very short period of time.
We had just moved to the Denver area, and the first realtor we were working with passed away unexpectedly. An acquaintance recommended Michael Thomas, so we gave him a call.
Michael helped smooth the transition of us losing a realtor and having to find another. He was able to pick up where the other had left off. He familiarized us with the Denver area, and was a great source of information!
He guided us through the buying process, and helped steer us away from any situations that weren't in our best interest.

"I met Michael as a member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. He immediately struck me as being very down to earth, friendly and no-nonsense which I found highly appealing. Mike has a very impressive background in many aspects of realty, seemingly in both the property and finance side. Having got to know him, we discussed the sale of a property we owned in another state and the difficulties we were having. Mike shared his knowledge, contacts and time in both realty and financing to help get the deal done, with zero upside for him since he can't practice in that state. He went out of his way to do research and to call me offering very helpful advice.
It made sense to approach him to help with our purchases of rentals and sure enough, We've now closed two properties with Mike and each time I have absolute faith Mike is on top of the whole process from beginning to end, providing a heads up on what documentation needs to be completed and when.
